On Saturday, December 19, 2009, 10am-3pm, at the Dallas Convention Center, Susie Jennings, Founder/President of Operation Care Dallas, together with the community are giving the biggest Christmas Party to the homeless again. In addition, Operation Care Dallas has even taken up the joint effort with Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas in cooperation with the VA North Texas Health Care System for the homeless veterans. Thousands of donated items are giving by churches, businesses, families, friends, people near and far, some even flew in from out of town, some drove, and many others are simply showing up to help. People wanted to give back the blessing they have received, as some of their comments posted on the volunteer profiles in our Operation Care Dallas Support group.
