I was in the break room at my office making a cup of coffee. The news on the T.V. in the break room is always on. With my back to the T.V. making my coffee, I suddenly heard great news from the news reporter, "iPad 2 is coming out!" I quickly turned around and there it was, on the T.V., the iPad 2.
The news reporter was telling us all the great features that the iPad 2 has. They then showed Steve Jobs walking out on a stage. The reporter continued saying Steve Jobs was out for a while. People were standing up and clapping their hands welcoming Steve Jobs.
He did a great job telling us about the iPad 2. What a great speaker. Very subtly, he knows when to raise the volume of his voice, when to pause, when to looked up or down, then slowly pointing to the gigantic screen behind him that has his presentation, and softly said the great things that he wants us hear about the iPad 2. What a great presentation. I was busy and must get back to work. The news showed just enough for us to see, just enough for us to want to buy the iPad 2. I told myself, someone is going to have this presentation on YouTube, and so here you go, the presentation of the iPad 2 by Steve Jobs today. I remember when he was young, back in the 80s, when he was presenting the Apple. I was there, at that time, learning the COBAL language. So happy to see that Steve came back to Apple. He is the one to lead this Apple to the next generation.

It is not a marginal improvement. It is a completely new design. The first thing is, it is dramatically faster. Build-in camera for video, front and back of the iPad 2. It is dramatically thinner. 13.4mm to 8.8mm, thinner than iPhone 4, lighter down from 1.5 to 1.3 pounds, and it comes in two colors, black and white. Has the same 10 hours battery life as the original iPad.

Steve also shared with us that they sold almost 15 millions iPads in 2010 in nine months, from April to December. Generated 9.5 billion dollar in revenue for Apple. In less then a year, they're introducing iPad 2, the second generation of iPad.
