We received an email from Studio Movie Grill late tonight that the AC in big theater is not working and will be under repair early Monday.
We’re taking another theater, one size smaller. I’m planning on telling everyone when we get there in the morning.
Game plan still the same, except in a different theater. We will be setting up in the lobby as well as the first theater on the other side. As with anything, there’s always a prime spot where everyone goes.
I will email all vendors of the above changes. Since Jeff Spot is in the other theater, I’m planning on offering the winner of the bid the First Choice of Any One Spot before anyone can choose.
If our participating bidders agree. I will proceed with the bid with First Choice of Any One Spot in the Event.
Also, I’m throwing in two things for the winner:
- One Full Page / Slide of the Power Point On the Movie Screen for the pre-show. It will play and re-loop until we start at 12pm.
- One Full Page ad in the Event Program, 8.5” x 5.5” booklet. The winning bidder ad will be in COLOR.
- The Power Point will continue to play online for from now to end of summer.
If you wish to proceed as stated above, send us your ad now and we’ll get it ready for the Power Point. In the event if you win, the ad will be in the Power Point in time for the morning before we head for the theater.

Thank you for joining our Team of vendors at our Business Expo on April 28th during our MEGA Event at Studio Movie Grill, Addison.

- Up for Bid: The spot where Jeff normal have his books, is a very busy spot and is one that several people called me for it. I have originally blocked it off so to be fair. However, I continue to receive phone calls and emails from many of our vendors asking for that “Jeff’s Spot”. So, by 6:00 am, Monday morning, April 28th, the day of our MEGA event, send me whatever you think is worth to you for an upgrade to that front entrance to the inside of the theater where everyone calls it “Jeff Spot”. The highest bidder will get that spot. The price will not b disclosed, the highest bidder will. So, email back to me your price and I will give it to the highest bidder. Credit card or cash at the door before given the spot to the winner. If you bid and wish to rebid, I will take the last email, the bid before 6:0am 4/28 morning. I will post the winner online at our This is fair enough where everyone. The bid starts now! Email back your price. Thank you.

- As a Thank You, I will email you separate a FREE movie ticket to Studio Movie Grill, Lewisville. Good from now to either May 1st or May 2nd. It will be on the ticket when I email it to you later. Print as many copies as you like and enjoy the movie FREE from now to the expiration date on the FREE ticket. It is only good for Studio Movie Grill, Lewisville.

To make things simple and easy, here are the outline of instruction and tips for our vendor. Normally for the larger events that I have, I will assign spots. For the first time in five years, I’m not assigning spots, but we will have a mini walk through at 9:30m on Monday 4/28. It’ll be very simple.
Vendor Instruction:
- Setup & Take Down: Set up starts at 9:30am. Take down starts 2:30pm.
- Visitor starts: Doors open to visitors, 10am. We leave the theater by 3pm.
- SMG Opens: Studio Movie Grill (SMG), Addison open at 9:30am the earliest for us.
- Vendor Mini Tour: 9:30am, we will have a mini walk through quick tour of the vendor setting and choosing spots.
- Ticket Comes With: One spot & one lunch ticket
- Addition Ticket: for each additional person, $10 for ticket with no lunch or $18 ticket with lunch
- Lunch: circle one item on a special Lunch Menu
- Menu: will be given at the front door. Get a idea what we have on the menu, click here.
- Vendor Spots: All Vendor Spots are first come first served. I’m not assigning spot to anyone. Take any “vendor spots” that are open.
- Tables: We have table inside the theater and tables outside in the lobby
- In the lobby Vendor Table: We have 10 tables, 6 foot long with a white table cloth draped over
- In the theater Vendor Table: Each section on the far left and the far right of the theater, up and down the aisle, will be for vendors. There are 5 sections on the far left and 6 section on the far right. Each section is a vendor spot. There are two or three table in each spot, but no drape. You will have to decorate it if you want. Each section is for ONE vendor.
- Signage: if you have signage and want to display it/them, please keep it within your section and your table areas. Make sure it does not block any one.
- Electrical outlet: SMG will run a line of electrical outlet for us. Again, it has to be first come first served. We will know by Monday, where SMG has their outlets for us.
- 30-Second Commercial: from 10:30am-11:30am, for everyone in the room, including vendors, we will have 30-second commercial around the room with a mic. For those inside the theater and those in the lobby. Remember, please do not go over.
