Each Vendor Spot Comes With:
Due to high demand on vendor spots, we will review your business model to ensure that it fits our standard (*). Once you pay for your spot, we will contact you by email to confirm you have been approved (or otherwise). We will have vendor meetings prior to event. Written and audio instruction will be sent before the date of the event. Vendor spot assignment and floor plan will be sent to each vendor prior to the event.
We have a special system where people will come to visit the vendors.
Your Vendor Ticket Comes With:
* One Vendor Spot
* One Lunch Ticket
* First Come First Served with Payment Paid In Full
* Vendor Spot size varies from inside theater to outside, from the lobby to the overflow areas
* Total vendor spots available to be assigned: 15 inside theater, 8 outside of theater, 4 in the networking lobby and 2 overflow spots
* Electric Outlets: only have 6 available spots, once assigned, no electric outlets left
* Assignment of vendor spots starts from inside theater to outside theater, then to networking lobby
* Announcement of our vendors four monthly newsletter to to all our groups
* Announcement in our BusinessPRnews.com
* Listed in our Business Directory section of our DFW Business Network website
* Listed in our Market On The Move website
* We will videotape EACH vendor and each vendor section for our members, visited and online, to vote for one week for:
** The Best Vendor Presentation to their visitors
** People's Choice Vendor
** Best Looking Spot
** Best Products Presented
** Best Service Presented
Vendor Assistant Event Ticket: $25
Each Vendor Assistant is required to buy one Vendor Assistant Event Ticket. It includes one lunch ticket.
