30 Second Commercial...
Question: what would be your advice when I'm giving the 30 second...

Answer: In the 30 second, think of an opening, your message and a closing for your 30 second commercial. Do plan on a 1-minute if the crowd is less than 20.
The opening will be: who you are, what company you’re with
The message is: what products or service that you provide, what you wish to accomplish in today’s meeting, and/or what you have to offer
The closing: Your name and how to contact you
For example,
Hi, I’m Aimee, the owner of GIVE-GIFTS.com. We do gifts, printing services, Internet marketing and PR. Our special this week is 20% off all our gift products online for all shoppers at GIVE-GIFTS.com, Gift Dept. Again, I’m Aimee from GIVE-GIFTS.com. Thank you.
By timing myself, I can see the above, at my pace of speech, it was sufficient for 15 seconds.
You can try something similar or something more comfortable to your pace and needs.
