Fundraiser Update: on Motorcycle Ride for Officer Schmidt
The fundraiser on Sept. 8 was fantastic. 400 bikers registered to ride. The rode from Bedford to Flower Mound and back to Harley Davidson in Bedford. I was told that Officer Schmidt was there in the morning and was very touched by the sight of the community support and fellow bikers. Photos will follow shortly.
Below is the message that we posted for the fundraiser for Officer Schmidt:
Officer Schmidt is very special to us. Office Schmidt is a police officer who dedicated his life to serve the community faithfully. In the face of challenges, he stands up to it. Now, it's time we turn around and give back our dedication to a police officer who is badly injured. People have choices. Of all the greatest and the riches of career, officer Schmidt chose to protect our community. Let's give back and show our police community how much we care and appreciate all that they do for us. Let's pray that Officer Schmidt will recover well from this challenging time.
