We posted several articles this week that are related to Internet Marketing. What makes a campaign successful and how to do it. Viral Marketing via the Internet has proven success. To name a few: on YouTube are Double Rainbow, Old Spice Commercials, Charlie bit my finger - again ! and Numa Numa and an article on our site Health and Wellness Speaker, Todd Whitthorne, SharesTips On Vitamins.
The Double Rainbow video: This ordinary person who is passionate about rainbow, as you can see it in the video, video taped a double rainbow in full shape. He uploaded the video onto YouTube on January 8, 2010. He was so excited about the rainbow that his emotion was poured out all through the video. Sometimes in July, someone put his video on Twitter and next, it was viral all through the Internet. It became an overnight success. Within a short period of time, people have already made music videos, T.V. news interviews, such as CNN 2 days ago. One lady on my Facebook claimed this double rainbow guy is her brother. This video now has 6 million plus views.
Charlie bit my finger - again ! has over 210 million view as of now. It was uploaded 2 years ago. It's about two babies, one bit the finger of the other. This video is the 2nd highest viewed video on the Internet at this time.
Numa Numa of this guy lip sync a song with an headset. He's been interviewed and traveling around singing this video. Many other people copied this guy and did a Numa Numa videos too.
My favorite this week is the Old Spice Commercials. They did a promo video 5 months ago, which has 14,618,465 views at this time. Old Spice uploaded another promo video two weeks and has 9,411,778 views at this time. Then a few days ago, they uploaded 87 more videos in one day and 75 more the next day, according to an article online. Those new videos were replies to Twitter messages and other messages from the Internet. The YouTube was saturated with the Old Spice commerical for two days, that each video has been viewed from 230 thousand times to 760 thousand times in just a few days.
Then a blog on our site Health and Wellness Speaker, Todd Whitthorne, SharesTips On Vitamins.posted by SEO Expert Mike Newhouse was picked up posted and Shared by Roswell Park, a premier hospital in NY on OrganizedWisdom.com, a special website on health related matters.
Then Twitter, there are Twitter pages with over 5 million followers!
